Delivery & Returns

Making A Purchase 

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our shopping cart by category or brand and add items to your cart. We try to ensure that 95% of items on the website are in stock although inevitably sometimes we do run out of stock of some items. 
Payment is through PayPal, whereby you can pay with your PayPal account, credit or debit card. We trade in sterling (GBP). Cards keyed online are automatically debited at the time of purchase, through our payment service, PayPal. We do not store any financial information (i.e. credit card, debit card details). 
 
Delivery Schedule 

Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours from payment received, but please allow up to 5 working days (from dispatch) for delivery (within the UK).  If your order is urgent and you require guaranteed delivery, please call us or email us first with your contact details and requirements.

Special Offer - free delivery within the UK.
Overseas shipping costs vary according to destination/weight/value. Please contact us via email at sales@streetshoe.net if you are ordering from outside the UK. We currently ship using Royal Mail and Interparcel. 
 
Returns
Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (excluding sale items) please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to us by post or email, giving details of the goods ordered and your details. We will then issue a returns number and address.
Then simply return the item/s to us in their original condition and packaging unworn, unused and re-saleable within 14 days. Once we are satisfied with the condition of the return, the full purchase price will be refunded, (excluding original delivery charge), or exchanged for a different size /colour, if preferred. We will refund or exchange the items within 30 days after we receive the returned goods. Original postage charges are not refundable and the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.
Please ensure you repackage your return appropriately to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
 
Faulty Goods 
All orders are carefully checked before shipping to ensure the best possible quality and service. However, if your goods are faulty please follow the same procedure as above. Once we are satisfied that a fault exists we will refund the original cost, plus all reasonable postage and packing costs.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
